Go to Free Housing Once characters get enough joypoints, they can move into much more spacious housing. APARTMENTS II An apartment in the second level of apartments can be bought for 700 joypoints. There is one large room with a queen bed, a dresser, and a small kitchenette. There is a separate personal bathroom. CONDOS A condo will cost 1000 joypoints and can fit 2-4 people comfortably. A condo includes separate bedrooms, a living room connected to a kitchen area, and two separate bathrooms. TOWNHOUSES Townhouses cost 1500 joypoints and are of the utmost quality. They can easily fit 8 people. Two story, separate, spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area are all included.
